Your profile photo
Customers see your name and photo on new replies after you join the chat. Teammates see the same face in the inbox and on the Team page.
The photo belongs to this organization, not your whole Iterochat account. If you work in more than one workspace, set a photo in each one.
Add or change your photo
- In the dashboard sidebar, click your face and name. The row is labeled Account.
- On the Profile card, choose Upload photo (or Replace photo if you already have one).
- Pick a JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 2 MB. Iterochat crops it to a square.
The photo saves as soon as the upload finishes. There is no extra save button. The sidebar face updates too.
To take it off, open Account the same way and choose Remove. That also saves immediately. Replies go back to your initials.
What customers see
- New replies show the photo you have saved now.
- Older replies, from before you added a photo or from before this feature, keep initials.
- Clearing the photo updates later reads the same way: new replies use initials again.
This is not the AI's face. The assistant name and photo live under Settings → AI identity. See AI configuration.
Anyone on the team can set their own photo. Owners and admins cannot upload a picture for someone else.
